He is the author of the management book “The Death of Core Competency,” and – with InsightaaS partner Mary Allen – founder of the Toronto Cloud Business Coalition, and author of the book “Building Cloud Value: A Best Practice Guide.” O’Neil has written hundreds of IT-focused reports and headlined dozens of events and workshops in Canada, the US, Asia and Europe.
